Myra W. Wanner

GREENWOOD - Myra W. Wanner passed away on Tuesday, Sept. 24, 2013, at the Milford Center. Myra was born April 26, 1927 in Fentress, Va., the daughter of Charles and Ella Miller Warfel. She lived in Virginia until 1982 before moving to Delaware. Myra enjoyed spending time with her family. She attended the Greenwood Mennonite Church. Beside her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Daniel Wanner in 1980; two brothers, Donald and Noah Warfel; and two sisters, Naomi Warfel and Margaret Schrock. She is survived by a brother, Stanley Warfel of Halsey, Ore.; a sister, Rebecca Layman of Little Fork, Minn.; a step-son; several step-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 27, 2013 at the Greenwood Mennonite Church. Her viewing will be held today, Sept. 26, 2013 from 7 to 9 p.m. at Fleischauer Funeral Home, 16 W. Market St, Greenwood, DE. Interment service will be held at the church cemetery.
