Michael Patrick Cebrick was known to his family and most of his close friends as "Mickey". Michael and Vivian Cebrick became proud parents when Mickey was born on November 10, 1964 in Wilmington, Delaware. Mickey passed away on January 26, 2022 at his home in Newark, Delaware.
He graduated from Dover High School in 1982 and from the University of Delaware in 1988. He began his career in sales and business development with MBNA in Newark, Delaware and later with The Alliance Group based in Boston, Mass.
Mickey loved anything outdoors, fishing, hunting, keeping all his bird feeders well stocked, walking on the beach and taking care of his two cats, Emma and Tess. But his passion was clay shooting at M&M Hunting Preserve. He loved his family. He was a devoted son, brother, cousin, and uncle.
He is survived by his parents, Vivian and Michael Cebrick; his sister, Michelle Coppolo, (Jeff) with whom he had a very special bond; nephew, Nicolas Coppolo; niece, Jordan Coppolo; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. He will be missed by many friends.
A visitation memorial service will be held at 10 a.m., February 4, 2022, Torbert Funeral Chapel, 1145 E. Lebanon Road, Dover, Del. The memorial service will be followed by a mass at Holy Cross Church, 631 S. State Street, Dover, Del. at 12 noon.
