Bontrager, 96 WORTON, Md. - Matilda "Tillie" Bontrager of Worton, Md., died on Wednesday, September 23, 2015 at her home. She was 96. Mrs. Bontrager was born in Dover Del., the daughter of the late Jacob and Anna Miller Yoder. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Bontrager was predeceased by her husband, Samuel E. Bontrager; an infant son; three daughters, Cora Bontrager, Edna Beachy and Sovilla Lee; three brothers, Simon, Eli, and Rudy Yoder; five sisters, Lizzie Yoder, Barbara Beachy, Rhoda Miller, Sylvia Hershburger, Civilla Miller and Salley Yoder. Two grandsons, an infant and Samuel Bontrager also predecease her, as well as two son-in-law's, Wilmer Beachy and Bennett B. Bowden. She is survived by her daughter, Anna Bowman and husband Gene of Baltimore, Md.; four sons, Enos and his wife Susanne of Worton, Md., Fred Bontrager of Chestertown, Md., Vernon Bontrager of Worton, Md., and William and his wife Linda Bontrager of Dover, Del.; one son-in-law, Ernest Lee; twenty five grandchildren, seventy three great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. Funeral services will be 10 a.m., Sunday, September 27, 2015 in the Harmony Christian Fellowship, 108 Legion Rd. Millington, Maryland. Friends and family may also call on Saturday, September 26, 2015 at the church from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. as well as 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Interment will follow services Sunday in the adjoining cemetery. Arrangements by the Fellows Family Funeral Home 370 W. Cypress St. Millington, Md.
