Mary Madeline Abrams, 88
FELTON - Mary Madeline Abrams, of Felton, died of natural causes Thursday, May 15, 2008, at her home. She was 88.
She was the daughter of the late James and Madeline Lewis and was born April 25, 1920, in Viola.
Mary was a homemaker and was dedicated to her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles, board games, arts and crafts and cooking.
Mary was preceded in death by her husband of 43 years, John Abrams; her brother, Harry Lewis; her son, Reynolds Causey; son-in-law, Everett Elliott; and grandson, Deshion Abrams.
She is survived by her two daughters, Delores Elliott of Felton and Sarah F. Stanley and her special friend Reginald Brady of Milford; a special cousin, Gloria Taylor of Dover; four grandchildren, Rodney Abrams and his wife Teresa of Dover, and Regina Abrams, Dorlicia Stanley and Darnell Stanley and his girlfriend Sheila, all of Felton; nine great-grandchildren, Haley, Rodney II, Ty'yer, Isaiah, Makaliah, Chelsea, Nai'ya, Tre'sonz and John; one sister-in-law, Joyce Lewis of Woodside; two nieces, Joyce White and Chaneta Harris; special friends Katherine Deputy, Sarah Deputy and Mrs. Procko of Felton; and a host of cousins and friends.
Services will be at noon Tuesday in Bennie Smith Funeral Home, Dover, where friends may view two hours prior.
Burial will be at Gibbs Memorial Cemetery, Woodside.
