FELTON - Mary Louise Davidson passed away Friday, January 7, 2022 in Bayhealth/Kent General Hospital, Dover.
Mary was born July 6, 1950 in Sandtown, to the late, Jack & Frances (Strasser) Meredith. She worked in the Hotel Industry for over 40 years, most recently at the Sleep Inn in Dover. In her free time she enjoyed going to Bingo every Tuesday night, and spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Davidson, Sr. (2009); and her brother, Craig Strasser.
Mary is survived by her daughter, Loretta Lynn Barmer & companion Richard Carroll; two sons, Ronald W. Davidson, Jr., and Robert W. Davidson; two granddaughters, Samantha Davidson & Chelsea Kohland; seven sisters, Norma Jean Boone & husband, Daniel, of Ingleside, Md., Mary Jane Lockwood & husband, Edward, of Chestertown, Md., Tina Marie Cox, & husband, John, of Ridley, Md., Kathy Ann Dana & husband, George, of Churchill, Md., Carolyn Sue Zuravnsky & husband, Brian off Goldsboro, Md., Nellie Mae Lockey, of Frederick, Md., and Crystal Spiering & husband, Steve; and two brothers, Norman D. Meredith, Jr., of Ingleside, Md. and Aaron Strasser & wife, Laura, of Goldsboro. She is also survived by Louise Short of Felton, who was always like a sister; and her best friend of over 40 + years, Debbie Figgat.
A gathering of family and friends will be held from 6-8 p.m., Thursday, January 13, 2022 in Pippin Funeral Home, Inc., 119 West Camden-Wyoming Ave., Wyoming, Del.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the funeral home to help defray expenses.
