Mary Frances Kerwin, 30 GREENWOOD - Mary Frances Kerwin, 30, of Greenwood, died Friday, Sept. 12, 2008, at home. She was born in Brooklyn, N.Y., daughter of William C. Sr. and Patricia Mohr of Greenwood. Mary Frances was a stay at home mom. Her children along with her husband were her life. She loved playing with her two children and making them happy. She enjoyed collecting figures of pigs and butterflies. She was an avid NASCAR fan with Tony Stewart being her favorite driver. In her spare time she enjoyed playing Pogo on the computer. Her favorite night time ritual was eating Ben & Jerry's strawberry cheesecake ice cream. That was a must have every night. She is survived by her parents; husband of 10 years, Mansur M Kerwin of Greenwood; two children, Ryan and Katlyn Kerwin of Greenwood; brother, William C. Mohr Jr. and his wife Bonnie of Harrington; three sisters, Cathleen Greenholt and her husband Raymond of Tobyhanna, Pa., Michele Mohr of Greenwood, and Ann Walker and her husband Jamie of Milford; 13 nieces and nephews; and four great-nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 7:30 p.m. Thursday at Melvin Funeral Home, 15522 S. DuPont Highway, Harrington, where a visitation will begin at 6 p.m. Burial will be private.
