dover-Marie Walther passed away Thursday January 22, 2015 at Kent General Hospital. Mrs. Walther was born March 11, 1919 in Kraslitz, Czechoslovakia to the late Antone Winklhoefer and Julie Doefler Winklhoefer. She worked as a Medical Records Clerk for the State of Texas. Mrs. Walther enjoyed cooking, sewing, flower gardening, musical theatre and traveling. She was a member of St. Andrews Lutheran Church, Dover. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Martin Arthur Walther, 1/11/2014; three brothers, and one sister. She is survived by her son, Jason Walther and his wife Kathy of Wyoming, DE. Funeral services will be held 11AM, January 28, 2015 at St. Andrews Lutheran Church, 425 N. Dupont Highway, Dover. Friends may call one hour prior. Interment will be private. Letters of condolences may be sent and guest book signed at www.torbertfuneral.com
