Louise Nechay, 89 DOVER - Louise Nechay, of Dover, passed away Wednesday, July 9, 2008, in Capitol Healthcare with her family by her side. She was 89. She was born on Nov. 8, 1918, in Greensboro, Md., daughter of the late J. Bryan and Mabel Meredith. Louise worked at the family business, San-del Packing, for over 20 years. She traveled extensively throughout the United States and Europe. Louise was an avid bingo and card player. In her later years, she took great delight in making beaded jewelry for her great-granddaughter Zoey. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of over 50 years and former Delaware State Senator, Peter Nechay in 1989. She is survived by her son, Richard Nechay and his wife Terry of Dover; grandson, Kevin Nechay and his wife Kelli of Dover; and great grandchildren, Zoey and Brody Nechay. Services and burial were private. Instead of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions to Delaware Hospice, 911 S. DuPont Hwy., Dover, DE 19901. Letters of condolences may be sent via www.pippinfuneralhome.com.
