NEWARK - Loretta Kleinsmith of Jeanne Jugan Residence Home in Newark passed away peacefully Monday, Aug. 6, 2007, in Newark, with her daughter by her side. She was 94.
Mrs. Kleinsmith was born in Monroe, Mich.
Before moving to Delaware in 1993, she lived in Toledo, Ohio, and Barefoot Bay, Fla.
Mrs. Kleinsmith was preceded in death by her husband, Earl; and her son, Norman.
She is survived by her daughter, Marianne Ottolini; her son-in-law, Roland; her daughter-in-law, Alma Kleinsmith; seven grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She will be greatly missed.
Mrs. Kleinsmith was a member of Faith Lutheran Church, 2265 Red Lion Road, Bear, where a memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Sept. 7.
Interment will be in Fort Pierce, Fla.
Instead of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to Faith Lutheran Church, 2265 Red Lion Road, Bear, DE 19701; or to the Jeanne Jugan Residence Home, 185 Salem Church Road, Newark, DE 19713.
