CHESWOLD - Lester A. Johnson of Cheswold passed away Tuesday, Feb. 25, 2014 at Kent General Hospital of Lung Cancer. He was 57. Lester was born March 1, 1956 in Milton, to the late Lester and Bertha Johnson. He had served in the United States Army for three years. Lester had worked for Lloyd Carney, Gary Jackson and Cahall. He loved to watch TV, go fishing, crabbing and working in his little garden. Lester was a private person but had many friends that will miss him. He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Susie; aunt and uncle, Morris and Henrietta Watson; and his two dogs, Penny and Snoopy; and many cousins. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m., Sunday, March 2, 2014 at Torbert Funeral Chapel South, 1145 E. Lebanon Road, (Rt.10), Dover. Friends may call one hour prior.
