A Celebration of Life Service to honor his life, will be held on Saturday, February 8, 2025 at Union Baptist Church, 883 Lincoln Street, Dover, DE, at 11am, with public viewing two hours prior to the service. First public viewing will be held at Bennie Smith Funeral Home, 717 W. Division St., Dover, DE, on Feb. 7, 2025 from 6pm to 8pm.
