DOVER - Keith G. Gray, beloved father of Shawn, Brian and Morgan Gray and son of Richard A. Jr. and Joan Gray, of Dover, passed away due to a motorcycle accident on June 28, 2009. He was 31. Keith graduated from Haddonfield Memorial High School in 1995 and the University of Delaware in 1999. He had been a Bridge Project Engineer for the State of Delaware for 8 years. In 2007, he continued working as a Bridge Engineer, but on the Federal level for the Federal Hwy. Administration. In addition to his career, Keith was a volunteer manager and Family Support and Selection Committee Chair at Central DE Habitat for Humanity. He was also a volunteer Firefighter with the Robbins Hose Company, Dover. Keith enjoyed and believed in: simple living, green initiative, Reduce-Reuse-Recycle, hiking, biking, climbing, soccer, home improvement projects, volunteering, motorcycles, family, friends and community. Survived by four sisters, Kimberly Khiabani (Farmin), Meredith Jones (Matthew), Christine and Tracy Gray; two nephews, Kayden Khiabani and Aiden Jones; one niece, Mikayla Jones; grandparents, Joan and Ken Ousey of Florida, Charles and Ida Struck of Massachusetts; and many aunts and uncles. Keith was predeceased by his father, Brian Ousey; his grandparents, Ruth and Richard A. Gray Sr.; and grandmother, Marie Struck. Keith's family will receive friends on Thursday evening, 5-9 p.m., at Kain-Murphy Funeral Services, 15 West End Ave., Haddonfield, N.J. Funeral Services and interment will be held privately on Friday. In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made in Keith's name to Central DE Habitat for Humanity, P.O. Box 63, Dover, DE 19903.
