Harrington - Kay Frances Galloway Stout, of Harrington, went home to be with the Lord, Friday, August 19, 2016. She was 69. Kay was born March 18, 1947, in New Brunswick, N.J., to the late Robert and Katrina Allen. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 36 years, Edward Stephen Stout; her son, James Timothy Galloway; and her grandson, August N. Yunker. Kay worked for DAST, Dunkin Donuts and Jen-Mor Florist, before owning her own store in Petersburg, until she retired. Kay was an active 4-H volunteer and leader for over 20 years. Kay is survived by her sons, Jay and Yumiko Galloway, Michael and Sandra Nagel-Galloway, Jon and Vilma Galloway, and J. Matthew and Shana Galloway; a sister, Jeanette and Doug Willie, of Bridgewater, N.J.; her half-sister, Jackie and Bobby Lauer, of Pennsylvania; 20 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren; sister adn brother-in-law, Lorraine and Ron Choma, of Fairhaven, N.J.; a niece, Joanne and John Fiedler; and nephews, Raymond Choma, Ronald Choma, Jr. and Frank Smaltino. Viewing will take place from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., Sunday, August 28, 2016, in Pippin Funeral Home, Inc., 119 West Camden-Wyoming Ave., Wyoming; where funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., on Monday, August 29, 2016. Burial will follow in Hopkins Cemetery, Felton. Contributions may be made in her memory to the Delaware 4-H Foundation, 113 Townsend Hall, Newark, DE 19716.
