Kathryn A. Dreibelbis, 92

DOVER - Kathryn A. Dreibelbis, formerly of Pennside, Reading, Pa., passed away June 14, 2007, in Silver Lake Rehab Center, Dover. She had been a resident for seven years at the assisted living facility Heritage at Dover prior to her latest illness. She was 92.

Mrs. Dreibelbis was born in Reading, Pa. and was the daughter of the late Claude and Flora Strass.

She attended the Upper Tulpahocken Township schools and was employed as a full-fashion knitter.

She was married to Karl Dreibelbis who passed away in December 2001.

In the past, Mrs. Dreibelbis enjoyed making cross-stitch quilts which she passed on to the family members.

She had been active in her church, enjoyed reading and spending time with her family especially at holidays. She was a member of the Pennside Presbyterian Church, Mt. Penn, Pa., and in the past had served as a deacon and was a Circle Member.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Barbra and Forrest Epler; her two granddaughters, Elizabeth Bossard of Lansdale, Pa. and Jennifer Epler of Wilmington; and four great-grandsons, Brandon Bossard, Justin Bossard, Conner Bossard and Nolan Schaeffer.

Private graveside services will be Tuesday at St. John"s Lutheran Church in Hamburg, Pa.

Instead of flowers, contributions may be sent to Memorial Fund of Pennside Presbyterian Church, 253 N. 25th St., Mt. Penn, PA 19606.
