MIDDLETOWN - Kathleen "Kathy" O'Grady passed away peacefully on Friday, August 24, 2012. She was the proud owner of Tel-Star Karaoke until her retirement in 2004. Kathy will be dearly missed by her husband of 43 years, Thomas Michael; two sons, Thomas Robert (Beth) of Middletown and Robert Corby (Kristin) of Newark; two sisters, Carol Bauer and Gail Otnisky and was the beloved grandmother of Matthew and Thomas. Funeral services will be held 4 p.m. on Sunday, August 26, 2012, at Daniels & Hutchison Funeral Home LLC, 212 N. Broad Street in Middletown, where friends may visit from 2-4 p.m. Interment will be private. www.daniels-hutchison.com 302-378-3410
