Josephine E. Racz

HENDERSON - Josephine E. Racz passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her loving family.
Born in Baltimore, Md., Mrs. Racz was the daughter of the late Lawrence Schrieber and Katherine Eberling Schrieber. She had lived in Caroline County all of her life, graduating from the Greensboro High School in 1955. She had worked for National Cup in Dover, Del. from 1966 until 1975. She then owned and drove school buses in Maryland and Delaware until 2003 when she retired.
Mrs. Racz is survived by her husband, Eugene D. Racz, Sr. of Henderson, Md.; two sons, Eugene D. Racz, Jr. (Loretta) of Henderson and Wayne J. Racz of Henderson; one granddaughter, Jennifer Ray Racz of Baltimore, Md.; and one sister, Anna Marie Schrieber of Texas. She was preceded in death by a sister, Kathryn Holt,; and a brother, Larry Schrieber.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11a.m. on Saturday, June 9th, at the St. Elizabeth Roman Catholic Church which is located on First Street in Denton. There will be a visitation on Friday evening from 6 until 8 at the Moore Funeral Home, P.A. located at 12 South Second Street in Denton with an Eastern Star Memorial service at 7p.m. The interment on Saturday will be in the Holy Cross Cemetery on Greensboro Road.
