CONCORD - Joseph Elton West passed away peacefully on May 4, 2013. Mr. West was the son of the late John Willard West and Lutitia May Messick of Bridgeville. He was also predeceased by his wife Helen Baker Jospeh West; three step-children, Betty West, Joyce West, and Larry Joseph; four brothers; and eight sisters. Services will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the American Heart Association, 600 N. DuPont Hwy., Suite 201A, Georgetown, DE 19947. Arrangements are in the care of Watson-Yates Funeral Home, Seaford, DE.
