MIDDLETOWN - John W. Harrison, 89, of Middletown, and formerly of Milford, passed away Saturday, July 2, 2011. He is survived by two daughters, Deborah Morgan and her husband Ron of Middletown, and Stacey Rapp and her husband Mike of Bear; five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Friends may visit with his family on Monday evening, July 11 from 7 to 9 p.m. at Connection Community Church, 100 W. Green Street, Middletown. Committal service with full military honors will be held 11 a.m., Tuesday, July 12, at Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Bear, followed by a Memorial Service at noon on Tuesday at Connection Community Church. Memorial contributions can be made to Delaware Hospice, Inc., 3515 Silverside Road, Wilmington, DE 19810.
