Jesse E. Spence Sr., 73

MILLSBORO - Jesse E. Spence Sr., of Millsboro, formerly of Shoemakersville, Pa., passed away on Sunday, Sept. 14, 2008, at the Jefferson Hospital in Philadelphia, with his family by his side. He was 73. He was the beloved husband of Mary Jane "Janie" Spence. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his mother, Elizabeth Spence; children, Jesse E. Spence Jr. and his wife Deborah, and Cheryl (Spence) Gilbert and her husband Ronald; two brothers, Harold and Gerald Spence; six grandchildren, Jesse III, April, Jason, Todd, Rachel, Jani; and two great-grandchildren, Cohen and Ella.
