Jeffrie L. "Dusty" Smith, 64
LAUREL - Jeffrie L. "Dusty" Smith of Laurel died July 16, 2007, at home in Laurel. He was 64.
Mr. Smith was a member of the I.O.O. F. Union 3 in Georgetown, and was an entered apprentice with Franklin Masonic Lodge 12 in Georgetown.
He was a Marine Corps Vietnam veteran, and a past member of the Delaware National Guard.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Stuart F. and Malinda Cole Smith; a brother, Stuart F. Smith; and a sister, Mildred Bedwill.
He is survived by sons, Jeffrie L. Smith Jr. of Long Neck, Mark Allen Smith of Millsboro; one stepson, Timothy Chambers of Georgetown; daughter, Veronica Lynn Kintz and husband, Steven of St. Cloud, Fla.; nine grandchildren; and two step-granddaughters.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday in Watson Funeral Home 211 Washington St., Millsboro, where friends may call one hour prior.
Interment will be in Laurel Hill Cemetery, Laurel.
