Jeanette Rivera, 60
DOVER - Jeanette Rivera, of Dover, passed away Thursday, May 8, 2008, in Capitol Nursing Center, Dover. She was 60.
Jeanette was born Nov. 24, 1947, in Cayey, Puerto Rico.
She worked as a nurse.
Jeanette enjoyed reading and spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her father, Pedro Martinez; and her husband, Francisco Rivera.
Jeanette is survived by her mother, Ana Colon of Dover; five children, John Mora of South Carolina, Cynthia Quimonez of New York, Antoinette Quimonez of Puerto Rico, Janicita Rivera of New York, Eddie Rivera of New York and Francisco Rivera of Dover; siblings, Pedro Jose Martinez of Puerto Rico, Ana Guicuria of Dover, and Frances Hickey of Dover; and six grandchildren.
A rosary service will be observed at 4 p.m. today in the Pippin Funeral Home, 119 W. Camden-Wyoming Ave., Wyoming, where friends may gather one hour before services.
Burial will be private.
