DOVER - Jean M. Hoffman of Dover, passed away, Sunday, January 3, 2016 at Capitol Nursing Home. She was 90. Mrs. Hoffman was born September 24, 1925 in Brokaw, Wisconsin to the late Rex Dowd and Frieda Drews Dowd. She worked as a restaurant manager for several businesses during her life. Mrs. Hoffman previously enjoyed spending time with her dog and watching television. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her daughter, Sara Hoffman Arena. She is survived by her daughter, Susan Ebaugh and her husband Bradley of Dover; grandchildren, Michael, Rebecca and Jonathan. Services will be private and held at a later date.
