DEWEY BEACH - Janet Marie Greenwell of Dewey Beach passed away Saturday, May 12, 2007, at home, after a short struggle with cancer. She was 53.
She is survived by her loving lifelong partner, Richard Rodgers of Dewey Beach; her mother, Janet Greenwell of Santa Cruz, Calif.; her sisters, Maggie Ghaffari of Ben Lomond, Calif.; Penny Greenwell of Carbondale, Colo., and Barbara Goldenberg of Oakland, Calif.; friends, Michelle, Lou, Casy and Chadd, Bob and Cheryl, Hap, Zack and many more loving friends around the country will all miss her wonderful smile and quirky sense of humor. She never walked into a room where she didn"t make new friends.
Services will be private.
Arrangements by Torbert Funeral Chapel, Dover.
