DOVER - James W. Taylor died on Wednesday Sept. 5, 2018 at the Kent General Bay Health Hospital, Dover. He was born on Nov. 11, 1934 in England to the late Frederick and Annie Inman Taylor. He was a Naval Architect.
Survived by his wife of 59 years, Judith Pennington Taylor; his two sons, Mike and Mark Taylor; his brother, Fred in England; and a grandson, Anthony Taylor.
Services will be private.
