Dover - James Troy Jr., 65, passed away peacefully at his residence on Saturday, June 16, 2019. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, June 22, 2019 at 1st Pilgrim Baptist Church located at 6 Miles Lane Camden, DE 19943 to begin at 11 a.m. with visitation two hours prior.
