James M. 'Jimmy' Ocheltree, 64
DOVER - James M. "Jimmy" Ocheltree, of Dover, passed away Tuesday, March 25, 2008, at his home with family Dover. He was 64.
He was born on March 30, 1943, in Gallantin, Tenn., to the late Johnny and Willie Stephens Ocheltree.
Jimmy was raised by his maternal grandmother, Pearl "Susie" Owens Walker until 1970.
He worked at Linebaugh's Restaurant and Waffle House both in Nashville, Tenn., before coming to Delaware in 1989.
He worked for Kirby and Hollaway Family Restaurant for 19 years until his retirement in December 2007 due to illness.
He is survived by brother, Steven C. Swann and the Swann family of Dover; dear friends, Terry Callahan, Rick Wilson, Jerry Abbit, of Nashville; and Nancy Kelly, Sammy Thompson co-workers and customers at Kirby and Hollaway.
Remembrance services will be noon Monday in Trader Funeral Home, Dover, where friends may call two hour prior.
Burial will be at the Odd Fellows Cemetery, Smyrna.
The family requests that memorial contributions be given to Delaware Hospice, 911 Lotus Plaza Dover, DE 19901.
