FELTON - Jacqueline Lee (Duck)Mitchell passed away Thursday, Sept. 1, 2016, in the Seasons Hospice Unit at Christiana Hospital. Jacqueline was born May 8, 1943, in Altoona, Pa., to the late, Foster A. and Geraldine M. (Runyeon) Duck. Jackie had worked for Napa Auto Parts, in Laurel, Md., for many years before retiring. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by two sisters, Nancy Craft and Joanne Grove. Jackie is survived by her husband of 38 years, Roland Lee Mitchell; daughter, Kimberly Ann Tiller and her husband, Doyle, of Dover; a grandson, Michael Tiller, of Dover; four brothers, Russell Duck, of Brunswick, Ohio; Dennis Duck, of Garfield Heights, Ohio; Glenn Duck, of Lancaster, N.Y., and Roger Duck, of Franklin, Pa.; a sister, Debra Robinson, of Franklin, Pa.; as well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
