Hettie O. Allen Born in Elizabeth, NJ in 1935; departed this life at her residence in Dover, Delaware on November 17, 2021.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held 1pm Wednesday, December 1, 2021 at Calvary Baptist Church, 410 Fulton St., Dover, DE. A Public Viewing will be held 11 am – 1 pm with the formal home going service to follow. Interment will be held 10 am, Thursday, December 2, 2021 in the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Bear, DE.
