Hermine E. Kraus, 95

DOVER - Hermine E. Kraus of Dover died Monday, Aug. 13, 2007 in Capital Health Care Center, Dover. She was 95.

Born in New York, she was the daughter of the late William and Anna Bullwinkle Wessel.

Mrs. Kraus had been a dedicated wife, mother, and grandmother throughout her adult life.

She had been a member of St. Andres Lutheran Church in Yorktown Heights, N.Y., until moving to Dover.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of almost 50 years, William Kraus, in 1982; and three grandsons, Thomas Cohn, John Cohn, and Peter Cohn.

Mrs. Kraus is survived by her daughter, Anne Cohn and her husband, Wallace of Dover; two sons, William Kraus and Robert Kraus, both of Ramsey, N.J.; a granddaughter, Debra Hutchins of Dover; and two great-granddaughters, Jordan Hutchins and Taylor Hutchings, also of Dover.

Graveside committal services will be 11:30 a.m. Friday at Mt. Hope Cemetery, Hudson, N.Y.

The family suggests donations in her memory to be made to your favorite charity.

Arrangements are by Michael J. Ambruso Funeral Director Inc., Dover.
