Hazel Lee Conaway, 89
SEAFORD - Hazel Lee Conaway, died on Wednesday, Nov. 26, 2008, in the Delmar Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was 89. Hazel was born in Allen, Md., a daughter of the late Charles and Clara Edna Nock. She retired as a nurse's aid for Governor Bacon Health Center. Mrs. Conaway was a very talented embroider. She was a member of Seaford Wesleyan Church. She is survived by her daughter, Peggy Brasure and her husband Harvey J.; a brother, James E. Nock and his wife Doris, of Salisbury; and several nieces and nephews. A Funeral Service was 11 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 2nd, 2008 at the Hannigan, Short, Disharoon Funeral Home, 700 West St. Laurel, where a viewing was held one hour prior to the service. Burial followed in Wicomico Memorial Park in Salisbury. The Pastor Dave Kiser officiated. Memorial contributions can be made in her memory to Seaford Wesleyan Church, 26630 Sussex Hwy., Seaford, DE 19973.
