MILFORD - Harry W. Benham, 88 of Milford, formerly of Pa., passed away on Monday, January 25, 2016 at the Delaware Veterans Home, Milford. His parents Harry Benham, Sr. and Lenora East Benham preceded him in death. He was self-employed as a Painter and served in the US Navy. He attended Avenue United Methodist Church in Milford and the American Legion Post # 3 in Milford, Delaware. He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Jocelyn Reed-Benham; two children, Robert Benham and wife Eve "Penny" and David Benham and wife Kathy. Also, four grandchildren, Kristen and husband Lucas, Erik Benham, Jason and wife Michelle and Joshua Benham. Also, a great grandson, Gabe Benham; and great granddaughter, Acadia Benham. A memorial service will be held on Friday, February 5, 2016 at 12 p.m., where friends may call an hour before for visitation at Avenue United Methodist Church, 20 North Church Street, Milford, Delaware 19963. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Avenue UM Church at the above address. Arrangements handled by Berry Short Funeral Home, Milford.
