LAUREL - Gloria Perez passed away at Nanticoke Memorial Hospital on Saturday, June 23, 2018.
Gloria was born in Puerto Rico to the late Inez Perez and Rosa Seguinot. She was a member of Iglesia de Dios Maranatha in Seaford. She loved gardening, music, conversing with people and was always ready with a joke.
Gloria is survived by her two daughters, Nilda Caban and Solmaria Perez; sisters, Carmen and Consuelo Perez; brothers, Confesor and Geraldo Perez; grandchildren, Jaime Avilez, Mabell Castaneda, David Gonzalez, Sarah Gonzalez, Debora Almonte, and Abigail Perez; nine great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, June 28, 2018 at 6 p.m. in the chapel of Short Funeral Services, 609 E. Market St., Georgetown, DE 19947, where friends may call after 5 p.m.
Burial will be private.
