Mrs. Breeding was born in Easton, Md., daughter of Ethel (Phillips) Link of Milford and the late W. Allen Phillips.
She worked various jobs over the years, but her main focus was being a homemaker.
Her passion in life was being a loving and dedicated wife, mother and grandmother.
