Gladys J. Stidham, 81

DOVER - Gladys J. Stidham of Dover, formerly of Odessa, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 14, 2009. She was 81. She was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Calvin P. Stidham; two daughters, Gail S. Stanley and Deborah M. Stidham; four brothers; and two sisters. Gladys is survived by one daughter, Linda S. Ringler and her husband Clayton "Skip" of Middletown; one brother, Richard E. Johnson of Chesapeake City; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be noon Tuesday, Jan. 20 in St. Paul's United Methodist Church, Odessa, where family and friends may visit one hour prior. Interment will be in Old Drawyers Cemetery near Odessa. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to St. Paul's United Methodist Church, 406 Main Street, Odessa, DE 19730. Arrangements by Daniels & Hutchison Funeral Home.
