MILFORD - Gilbert E. Holt Sr., age 62, passed away peacefully on Monday, Dec. 20, 2011, in Milford. He was born July 22, 1949, in Milford, son of the late Gilbert Tyler and Laura (Holson) Holt. Funeral Services will be 11 a.m., Tuesday Dec. 27, 2011, at the Parsell Funeral Homes & Crematorium, Atkins-Lodge Chapel, 16961 Kings Highway, Lewes, where friends may call one hour prior to services. Friends may also call at the funeral home on Monday evening Dec. 26, 2011, from 6 to 9 p.m. Entombment will follow the services at Bethel Methodist Cemetery, Lewes. In lieu of flowers, contributions are suggested to the Lewes Lions Club, P.O. Box 791, Lewes, DE 19958; or to the Lewes Little League, Lewes, DE; or to the Delaware Hospice, 100 Patriots Way, Milford, DE 19963.
