GREENSBORO, Md. - Gerald Lee Paswater of Greensboro died Thursday, Dec. 28, 2006, in Talbot Hospice House, Easton. He was 50.
Mr. Paswater was born Feb. 26, 1956, in Greensboro, son of the late William E. Paswater and Joyous Kish Paswater Marvel.
He was a 1974 graduate of North Caroline High School.
A lifetime resident of the area, he was employed by Wal-Mart Distribution Center, Smyrna, Del., as a truck driver.
Mr. Paswater was a member of the Choptank River Yacht Club. He also was a member of the Sons of the American Legion Post 29.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Carolyn Faye and Gloria Lee.
He is survived by two daughters and a son-in-law, Erica and Nathan Mowrer of Petersburg, Pa., and Kelli Paswater of Greensboro; a brother, Thomas H. Paswater of Coffeyville, Kan.; an uncle and aunt, Donald and Sue Paswater of Denton; and a nephew and his wife, Ben and Hillary Paswater of Greensboro.
Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today in Fleegle and Helfenbein Funeral Home P.A., 106 W. Sunset Ave., Greensboro.
Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday in the funeral home.
Burial will be in Greensboro Cemetery.
