Both kind and generous by nature, he was loved and respected by all those fortunate to have known him. He is survived by his devoted and loving wife of 58 years, Emilie Everett Tugend; and his beloved daughter, Georgia Lea Tugend and her husband David H. Fischbach of Lewes. The family extends their heartfelt thanks to the staff of Westminster Health Center for their many kindnesses to Mr. Tugend during his illness.
