MAGNOLIA - Gail E. Slack of Magnolia passed away Tuesday, Jan. 1, 2008, at home. She was 43.

Miss Slack was born Nov. 9, 1964, in Dover, daughter of Patricia Yarema of Snow Hill, Md. and the late Peter Yarema.

She was employed with the Caesar Rodney School District as a transportation driver until her disability due to illness.

Miss Slack would do whatever she could to help others in need. She loved to spend quality time with her beloved sons whom was her pride and joy.

Her father, Peter Yarema, preceded her in death.

She leaves to cherish her memories three sons, Patrick Slack and John Slack, both of Magnolia, and Samuel Slack of Snow Hill; mother and stepfather, Patricia and Willis Holt; two brothers, Franklin D. Yarema of Wilmington, N.C., and Michael and his wife Cheryl Yarema of Parsonsburg, Md.; one sister, Mary Shahan of Temple, Texas; one stepsister, Melissa Hess of Wacko, Texas; a total of nine nieces and nephews; and cousins and friends.

Graveside service will be 11:30 a.m. Thursday at Odd Fellow Cemetery, U.S. 113, Milford.

Instead of flowers, the family suggests contribution to Faith, Hope & Love Christian Fellowship, 218 N. Rehoboth Blvd., Milford, DE.
