Francis W. 'Fritz' Hayman, 59

CHURCH HILL, Md. - Francis W. 'Fritz' Hayman of Church Hill died Friday, Dec. 22, 2006, in University of Maryland Hospital, Baltimore. He was 59.

Mr. Hayman was born Oct. 2, 1947, son of the late Kenneth and Ruth Anna Larimore Hayman.

He was raised in Queen Anne's County and was a 1967 graduate of Queen Anne's High School.

He spent his career as a truck driver and was employed by David A. Bramble in Chestertown at the time of his death.

Mr. Hayman enjoyed garden tractor pulls, fishing, NASCAR racing and his cockatoo Sam.

He is survived by two sons, Chris Hayman of New Castle, Del. and Doug Hayman of Rock Hall; eight siblings, Virginia Pinder of Goldsboro, Donald Hayman of Queenstown, Betty Ann Williamson of Federalsburg, Bonnie Thomas of Centreville, Steve Hayman of Chestertown, Bernard Hayman of Galena, Debbie Goodman of Chestertown and Kenneth Lee Hayman Jr. of Millington.

A funeral service will be 2 p.m. Wednesday in Galena Funeral Home of Stephen L. Schaech, 118 W. Cross St. Galena, where friends may call one hour earlier.

Burial will be in Sudlersville Cemetery.

The family suggests memorial contributions to the American Heart Association or the American Diabetes Association, c/o Galena Funeral Home of Stephen L. Schaech, 118 W. Cross St., Galena.
