MAGNOLIA - Francis Harvey passed away Monday, August 8, 2016 at home. Mr. Harvey was born July 15, 1952 in Dover to the late John A. Harvey and Ethel Ellan Swiggert Harvey. He enjoyed crabbing and his motorcycle. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Ruth Harvey; a son; and two brothers. He is survived by his daughter, Heather Kurtz and her husband Richard of Berlin, Md.; brother, John Harvey and his wife Judy of Fla.; sisters, Buzzy Moore and her husband Donald of Little Creek, Bonnie Kulhanek and her husband Walter of Dover; and granddaughter, Rosa. A casual memorial service will be held on September 3, 2016 at 2 o'clock in the afternoon at the Wyoming Park. Where he will be taking his final ride with fellow friends. In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made to Torbert Funeral Chapel, 61 S. Bradford Street, Dover, DE 19904 to help defray the cost of the funeral.
