DOVER - Frances passed away peacefully Thursday, May 20, 2021 at The Lofland Care Center in Seaford surrounded by her family.
Frances was a self taught furniture upholster, operating a successful upholstery shop in her home for many years. Frances was in high demand due to her meticulous attention to detail and ability to create beautiful new pieces for her customers.
Frances was predeceased by her husband, Durant Henry Clark II; and her son, Roger Clark.
She is survived by her children, Durant (Danny) Clark III & wife Tracey of Maine, Linda Yancy & husband Kip of Dover, Nancy Mullins & husband Sam of Houston and Ralph Clark of Dover; daughter-in-law, Carol Hall; grandchildren, Jason Clark, Samuel Mullins (Demi) and Paige Yancy (Creston); and her beloved poodle, Pixie.
As per her request there will be no services.
In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to First State Animal Center, 32 Shelter Circle, Camden, DE 19934 or Alzheimer's Foundation of America, 322 Eighth Avenue, 16th Floor, New York, NY 10001 please specify for research.
