Seaford - Frances M. Savage, daughter of the late Daisey and Samuel Cephas passed away on June 16, 2015. Mrs. Savage had been a care giver and cook in Seaford, Del. for several years. The highlight of her life was spending time with her grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. Mrs. Savage was preceded in death by her twins, Carolyn and Robert; her husband, Fred E. Savage; son, Burton and daughters Eunice Abbott and Mary Savage; she was also preceded by two sisters, Mary Jones and Annie Cephas. Survivors include her loving children, Florence (Ben) Cannon, Irene Purnell, Valentina Purnell, Frederick (Denise) Savage, Delbert (Rhoda) Savage, Denise (Wayne) Trammell, Joannie Stevenson, Elmer (Felicia) Savage, and Candise Savage; 29 grandchildren, 59 great-grandchildren, 28 great-great-grandchildren, one great-great-great- grandchild, and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Tuesday, June 23, 2015 at the Stein Highway Church of God, 425 E. Stein Hwy, Seaford, Del. 19973 at 1 p.m. A visitation for family and friends will take place from 11-1 p.m. Interment will take place at Odd Fellows Cemetery.
