Frances Joseph Wilgus, 88
SAN JOSE, Calif. - Frances Joseph Wilgus of San Jose, formerly of Georgetown, Del., passed away Monday, Oct. 29, 2007, in El Camino Hospital in Mountain View. She was 88.
She was born in Lewes, Del., daughter of the late John Edward and Clara (Prettyman) Joseph.
Mrs. Wilgus was a homemaker.
She was a longtime member and had been very active in St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Georgetown, Del.
Mrs. Wilgus was preceded in death by her husband, Rodney Wilgus, in 1998; and two children, Joyce Wilgus Fulcher and Glen Joseph Wilgus.
She is survived by a daughter, Janelle Hickey and husband Mike of San Jose; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A graveside memorial service will be 3 p.m. Saturday, in St. Paul's Episcopal Church Cemetery, Pine and Academy streets, Georgetown.
Instead of flowers, the family suggests contributions be made to the church.
Arrangements handled by Short Funeral Services, Georgetown.
