Florence (Tindall) Henry Divan, 89

LEWES - Florence (Tindall) Henry Divan of Lewes died Wednesday, Nov. 1, 2006, in her home. She was 89.

Mrs. Divan was born Oct. 4, 1917, in Philadelphia, daughter of the late George W. and Florence (Chapin) Tindall.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Paul R. Henry, in 1962; her second husband, Louis S. Divan, in 1993; and several brothers and sisters.

She is survived by a daughter and a son-in-law, Barbara A. and Carmen Leto of Lewes; a stepdaughter and a stepson-in-law, Marilyn and the Rev. John Morrow of Pine Beach, N.J.; a son, Paul T. Henry of Appleton, Wis.; a stepson and a stepdaughter-in-law, Louis and Pam Divan of Pinnacle, N.C.; 12 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and a beloved sister and a brother-in-law, Doris and Donald M. Keil of Decatur, Ala.

Services and burial will be at a later date in Arlington Cemetery, 2900 State Road, Drexel Hill, Pa.

Instead of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to the Lewes Fire Department, P.O. Box 225, Lewes, DE 19958; or to Beebe Medical Foundation, 902 Savannah Road, Lewes, DE 19958.
