DOVER - Florence Elaine Winters passed away, Nov. 7, 2016, at home. Elaine was born Jan. 31, 1952, in Dover, to the late William Henry Schweitzer and Mary Florence Outten Schweitzer. She was a homemaker and had also sold Avon and delivered pizza. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Jonathan Cole. She is survived by her daughters, Tina Reynolds and her husband, Steve, of Texarkana, Ark., and Christine Foley, of Wisconsin; sister, Kathryn L. Durham, of Dover; several grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and a large extended family. Memorial services will be held 7 p.m., Friday, Nov. 11, 2016, at Torbert Funeral Chapel, 61 S. Bradford St., Dover. Friends may call one hour prior. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be made to a charity of your choice.
