MILTON - Evelyn F. Carroll, of Milton, passed away Friday, March 4, 2011, at Harbor Healthcare Center. She was 74. Evelyn is preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Madeline (Littleton) West; two sons, Henry and Roy Lee Carroll; and two brothers, Steve and Glenn West. She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Lester A. Carroll Sr.; five children, Benton, Lester Jr., Evelyn, Arthur and Esther; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; a sister, Shirley Carroll ;and brother, David West. A graveside service will be held Wednesday, March 9, 2011 at 1:30 p.m. at Slaughter Neck Cemetery, Argo's Corner Road, Milford, DE 19963.
