Draine, 80 LINCOLN - Eugene Arthur Draine, 80, of Lincoln, died Saturday, August 8, 2015 at the Milford Center, Genesis Eldercare. Gene was born in Pennsylvania, the son of the late Edward W. Draine, Sr. and Millie L. (Durham) Draine. He worked for the State of Delaware as a dredge operator for 22 years before retiring. He was a member of the Nanticoke Indian Association, and enjoyed attending the Nanticoke Indian Pow-wow held every year in Millsboro. He enjoyed fishing and NASCAR racing. Most important to Gene was his family and his beloved little dog Marshall, whom he loved dearly and enjoyed spending time with. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son David Draine and his brother Eddie Draine. He is survived by his wife of 20 years, Elizabeth A. "Libby" Draine; two sons, Timothy Draine and Gene Draine; one daughter, Diane Robbins and her husband Thomas; three sisters, Gracie, Linda and Nancy; one brother, Philip; six grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Arrangements by Lofland Funeral Home, Milford.
