Emma H. "Honey" Tulowitzki, 77
MAGNOLIA - Emma H. "Honey" Tulowitzki of Magnolia, formerly of New Castle, died Tuesday, Aug. 14, 2007, at her daughter"s home in Camden. She was 77.
Born in Penns Grove, N.J., on Oct. 11, 1929, Mrs. Tulowitzki was the daughter of the late Froly Sr. and Mary (DiRicco) Luciano.
She was employed in food service at Calvin R. McCullough Elementary School in New Castle until her retirement.
In her later years, Mrs. Tulowitzki greatly enjoyed playing bingo and taking trips to the casinos at Delaware Park and Dover Downs.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John P. Tulowitzki Sr., in 1980; and a brother, Froly "Chubby" Luciano Jr.
She is survived by four children, Linda McCloskey and husband Jamie of Millville, John Tulowitzki Jr. and wife Debbie of Wilmington, Jacklyn Weldin and husband Bruce of Camden, and Mark Tulowitzki and wife Bonnie, of Park Forest, Ill.; two brothers, Vito Luciano and William Luciano; nine grandchildren, Angela McCloskey, Mary McCloskey, Jamie McCloskey Jr., Christine Kaufmann and husband Mike, Harry DeBenidictis and wife Michelle, Jessica Sheets and husband Jeri, Erica Merritt and husband Gary, Kim Best and Mark J. Tulowitzki; and two great-granddaughters, Sidney Kaufmann and Lindsey Kaufmann.
A memorial service will be 11 a.m. Saturday in the chapel of Gracelawn Memorial Park, 2220 N. DuPont Parkway, New Castle.
Interment will follow in the adjoining memorial park.
