SAN JOSE, Calif. - Eloise "Dodie" Aden, nee Horn, passed away October 21, 2015 in San Jose, Calif. During WWII Dodie worked as a "Rosie the Riveter" at Dravo Shipyard in Wilmington, Del., and thereafter worked as a telephone operator. Born June 2, 1925 in Clayton, Del., Dodie and her husband of 64 years, Bruce, married in 1949 and moved to Philadelphia where Bruce attended art school and became a commercial illustrator, They moved to Pitman, N.J. in 1955 with their two children. They returned to Milford, Del. in 1996. Preceded in death by her brothers, John, Thomas and Richard Horn; and by her son, Gary, of Portsmouth, Va. Dodie is survived by her daughter, Claudia, of San Jose, Calif.
