KENTON - Ellen I. Doddato passed away, Sunday, October 18, 2015 at home. Mrs. Doddato was born, August 7, 1958 in Dover to Betty Ziegler Johnson and the late Simm David Johnson, Sr. She was a homemaker who enjoyed watching QVC with her dogs Bella and Sophie. Mrs. Doddato was "A Lady of" the The Vietnam Veterans Motorcycle Club. In addition to her father she was preceded in death by her brother, Simm Johnson, Jr. She is survived by her husband of 30 years, Ronal Doddato, Sr. of Kenton; children, Jacqueline Games and her husband Mark of Middletown, Jessica Johnson of Smyrna, Catherine Doddato and Ronal Doddato, Jr. both of Kenton; siblings, Sharon Rattray of Dover, Carol Beachy and her husband Benjamin of Mifflinburg, PA, Robin Startt and her husband James of Smyrna, and Terri Witmer and her husband Donald of Magnolia; eight grandchildren, Ashley, Ana, Allie, Mark Jr, Justin, Autumn, Jonathan and Salvatore; nine nieces and nephews and nine great nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held 2PM, Saturday, October 24, 2015 at Torbert Funeral Chapel South, 1145 E. Lebanon Road (Rt.10), Dover. Friends may call one hour prior. Interment will be in Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Bear. In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made to The Vietnam Veterans Motorcycle Club of Delaware is located at 444 Fleming Landing Rd, Townsend, DE. 19734 or the Helen Graham Cancer Center, 4701 Ogletown Stanton Rd, Newark, DE 19713.
